Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Final-sale and personalised items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
